Viewing Your Invoices
All invoices can be located in your billing portal.
In order to gain access to your billing portal, you will need to request your secured management link from your account manager once your account is activated. Once you have access to this portal, you will be able to:
- Update your payment method
- View your current invoice
- View & download your past invoices
- Upgrade/downgrade your plan
To make this request you can email your account manager at help@starthubmiami.com and ask about your secured billing portal access.
