How can I reactivate my membership?
You can reinstate your account with us anytime and pick up where you left off. In order to reactivate your subscription, we must have an active payment method on file and your membership and payment plan options preference. Once payment is received your account manager will reactivate your services and resend your membership details. We can use your original business information or you can provide us with all new information. Returning members will be provided with their original business address and virtual phone line (if requested and available).

While we will do our best to provide clients with all of their original account information, we cannot guarantee that original virtual phone numbers can be reinstated. Once virtual phone numbers are canceled they are returned to a virtual phone number database and will be available for purchase by other users. The client would be provided with a similar phone number if the original virtual phone number is unavailable.
