When you signed up on our website and finalized the payment of your new virtual office plan, you should have landed on a nice Thank You page which prompted you to "activate your plan".

By clicking on that button, a form will pop up, prompting you to enter a bunch of important information that our team required in order to set up your account properly and activate your new business address & phone answering service.

If you have not filled out your activation form, our team will not be able to finalize your account setup. A follow-up email has been sent out with a link to activate your plan again. If you cannot find this email, please contact us at help@starthubmiami.com and we will take care of that right away.

 

After filling out your activation form, you should expect to receive a confirmation email that will summarize all of your newly activated information. That email can take up to 24 hours to be sent if you signed up between Monday and Friday, or up to 48 hours if you signed up during the weekend. That email looks like that:

If you have not received that email, or if you received the wrong information, reach out to your account manager using the main email help@starthubmiami.com 

 

Once you have received this confirmation email, you can assume that your account has been fully activated and ready to use. You can refer to our best guidance & how to in order to learn more about the best ways to use your new virtual office account.
