Managing Your Mail & Packages

Manage all of your correspondence remotely through your digital mail portal.

Mail Processing Options

You will be able to request all mail actions through your digital mail portal. The following options are available upon request:

  1. Request Envelope Picture (a photograph of the exterior of the envelope/package)
  2. Request a Scan (scanning the inside contents of the mail envelope)
  3. Request Forward (forwarding the mail to an alternate address)
  4. Request Hold for Pickup (request a pickup (not necessary/walk-ins welcome))
  5. Mark as Picked Up (mark as picked up if you have already picked up your mail (mail management will mark them as well))
  6. Request Shred (mail selected will be shredded)
  7. Junk Mail (mail selected will be thrown away)

Requesting Mail Actions

All mail actions are upon request and must be requested through your mail portal. To view your mail click on the mail icon and the top of your page. (shown below)

Then click on the corresponding icon for each mail action shown at the right of each mail item. (example shown below)


To make any information changes to your virtual mail portal, or to update your mail handling instructions email your account manager at help@starthubmiami.com.

For all other mail related requests please email operator@starthubmiami.com.

 

If you have not yet filled out and notarized your USPS 1583 form you will not be able to request any mail actions and you will be prompted to sign your USPS 1583 Form.

If you have already completed your form email the completed form to help@starthubmiami.com to expedite the approval process.
