Adding An Additional Phone Line and/or Answering Service
Virtual Office memberships that include our virtual phone line and/or live answering service include one virtual phone number. You have the option of adding additional virtual lines to your account with or without the live answering service at an additional cost.
A phone line is a phone number only, which you will be able to select among area codes or toll-free phone numbers. Its purpose is solely for receiving calls and companies usually use these numbers in order to organize their operations and/or promote themselves. A phone line on its own will need to be forwarded to your cellphone or to someone inside your organization who will be able to answer incoming calls.
If you would like our team of professionally trained receptionists to handle your incoming calls, then you will need to purchase the "answering service" which includes a phone number as well.
