Add an auto-attendant to your live answering service

How can I add an auto-attendant to my virtual phone line?


An Auto Attendant can be added to your account at sign up or you can always request to have this feature added to your account later. 


An auto attendant is an automated voice menu that will allow your callers to select from a menu of options once they reach your virtual business line. You will provide us with short greeting script and 1 to 3 menu options you would like to have and where you want each menu option to be directed. These options can be directed to an external number, voicemail, or our reception team.


Example of Auto Attendant Menu:

  1. Sales Department - Redirected to external number
  2. Customer Support - Redirected to virtual receptionists
  3. Technical Support - Redirected to virtual receptionists
