Cancellation Policies and Fees
Each membership payment plan has a different cancellation policy. All memberships can be canceled anytime but may have associated cancellation fees. Newly initiated accounts can be canceled within 21 days of signup with your money back and no cancellation fees. The cancellation terms based on the membership payment plans are as follows:
- Month to Month Membership - cancel anytime with no cancellation fees
- 12 Month Membership (paid monthly) - cancel within 21 days for a full refund and no cancellation fees. Cancellations requested outside of the 21-day grace period will be subject to a cancellation fee of the equivalent of 1 month of your regular membership fee.
- Annual Membership (paid upfront) - Cancel within 21 days for a full refund and no cancellation fees. Cancel outside of 21 days with no cancellation fee.
To cancel your account simply email your account manager at help@starthubmiami.com and request cancellation.
