Adding a mail recipient to your account

You can add companies, brands or people to have access to your service and receive mail and packages.


Adding an Additional Mail Recipient to Your Account (adding a person or business entity to your account)

Standard memberships allow you to receive correspondence under one business name and one individual name (account holder) as long as you are enrolled in any of our membership plans that include the business address and mail handling services.

If you are planning on, or want to receive mail on behalf of any other individual or business entity you will be required to request to add the additional recipient to your account and pay an additional monthly or annual fee. 

All additional mail recipients' mail will be handled through the main account holder's mail portal.

All additional mail recipients will also be required to either appear on the account holder's original USPS 1583 form (and submit identification). Or they must fill out a separate USPS 1583 form. (companies/business entities are required to fill out a separate form)

 

Associated fees:

All additional mail recipients will be billed along with your regular membership fee monthly or annually.

Additional Mail Recipient - $99.00 annually

Additional Mail Recipient - $10.00 monthly
